Mediation Program
A voluntary path to resolving disputes arising from dental care or treatment — provided by the Mediation Committee of the Ottawa Dental Society.
The ODA Mediation Program is a voluntary program intended to provide patients and dentists, who are involved in a dispute arising from dental care/treatment, with an opportunity to effectively and efficiently resolve their conflicts. The ODA Mediation Program is provided by the Mediation Committee of the Ottawa Dental Society.
